Noosa Fit Kids is a fun, non-competitive multisport program offering both team and individual activities for kids. Activities are rotated on a weekly basis and are delivered by a qualified personal trainer who specialises in children’s fitness.ENQUIRE NOW ENROL NOW
NOOSA FIT KIDS DETAILS
3-5 yrs: Mondays 9:15-10am
Develop gross motor skills through fun and engaging activities
5-8 yrs: Tuesdays 3:30-4:30pm
Fun and active games that build basic skills required to play a range of sports
8-12 yrs: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm
Play modified versions of sports, focusing on a different sport each week.
