reopening information following covid-19 closure

When do you reopen?

Monday 15 June, although please note all visits must be pre-booked via our online booking system. Bookings are available 5 days into the future and automatically open up as time passes. If you’re struggling to make a booking, please give the centre a call on 5329 6550.

What hours will you be open?

Initially the centre will only be open when group fitness classes or stadium sports are scheduled. As such, patrons cannot just swing by or pop into the centre at this point (although we hope this can change soon). Please view our online booking system to see what’s currently available.

Are all programs and activities available?

Not at this stage. Initially it will just be select group fitness classes and stadium sports. The café, crèche, kids’ playroom and meeting rooms will remain closed for the time being. More programming and services may be added as restrictions are relaxed.

Can I change and shower at the centre?

No. A requirement of the State Government COVID Safe industry plan is that change and shower facilities are closed at this stage. Toilets will be available to patrons.

Will my membership or visit pass automatically be reactivated?

Memberships will remain on suspension until you notify us that you’d like to reactivate. You can do this at Reception on your first visit back. If you’d rather stay on suspension and just pay casually while you ease back into things then that’s absolutely fine.

Visit pass expiry dates have been extended to generously compensate for our period of closure and will be available to use whenever you decide to return.

Can I just turn up or do I need to book in advance?

Visits must be booked in advance in order for us to comply with the State Government COVID Safe industry plan. Patrons are strongly encouraged to book online but you may also call us if you get stuck or book at Reception when attending a pre-booked class or stadium activity. Bookings are available 5 days into the future and automatically open up as time passes.

Patrons must provide their name, email and mobile number before being granted entry to the facility. Casual visitors who book online must pay in advance; members and visit pass holders will be able to enter a coupon code in order to waive the requirement to pay. See the bookings page for more info.

What else do I need to know?

All patrons will be required to adhere to social distancing and thorough hygiene measures when visiting the centre. If you’re sick or have recently been sick then please stay away until you’re completely well. If you’ve been in close contact with someone known to have COVID-19 or have been instructed to self-isolate by health authorities then please ensure you don’t visit until it’s safe to do so.
